Jessica is a British racing driver with Excelr8 Motorsport in the Mini Challenge, Cooper Pro Class. With impressive karting credentials and limited experience in saloons and single seaters, 2017 will be Jessica’s first opportunity to mount a full car Championship campaign. Small in stature but huge in ambition, Jessica is a woman on a mission with a 3 year racing plan to compete successfully in the BTCC. Using this year as a platform to demonstrate her true potential she will need to apply every ounce of her passion, focus and single-minded determination to achieve her goal. Luckily, she possesses all these character traits in abundance, as is apparent when you first meet her and watch her out on track!
Within 3 years Jessica sees herself lining up on the grid of the BTCC and the Mini Challenge Cooper Pro’s is just the first step towards that goal. Whilst her development plans depend on securing the necessary resources and sponsorship deals, step two is to progress into the JCW class, a natural pathway to the BTCC. The JCW class is exciting, demanding and ultra-competitive, an ideal series to prepare her for the vigour’s of the UK’s ultimate saloon car Championship. For Jessica, it’s just a matter of having the opportunity to showcase her talent, maintain her learning curve, and achieve her full potential.

Car race debut Clio Autumn Cup – P2 + fastest lap / BWRDC Junior Champion
Following her many successes in karts Jessica was determined to step up to car racing, and she debuted in 2013 in the Clio Michelin Autumn Cup meeting at Rockingham where she was rewarded with a P2 in class and fastest lap, followed by a one-off appearance in the following season’s championship with another podium finish.
Formula Ford debut – 2 top tens / Clio Michelin Cup guest driver – podium finish
Presented with an opportunity to switch to single seaters in 2014 Jessica debuted in the penultimate round of Formula Ford at Silverstone, where, unprepared in race terms but undaunted, she managed a strong performance with 2 top 10’s. Her only other track appearance in 2014 was a one-off Clio meeting with a podium finish.
BWRDC Monoposto Champion + fastest lap
Partnering up with Falcon Motorsport in 2015 and with the backing of VCM Motorsport her next challenge saw her entering the inaugural season of MSA Formula (F4), where, completing half the season only, she proved her ability to quickly adapt and mix it with the best.
Post season Jessica travelled to Bahrain International Circuit for a taste of the MRF Formula 2000 as a guest driver, getting to grips with the extra speed and aero that the next level of single seaters had to offer. An experience to savour, Jessica put in a very solid performance slashing her times over the two-day meeting and posting ever quicker laps by the end of the second and final race, knowing there was a lot more to come and boding well for her future career.
VW Racing Cup debut – 2 top tens + fastest lap in a Golf
Budget restrictions in 2016 meant a lull in racing and development terms, but her single track appearance with Team Hard in the final round of the VW Racing Cup was personally rewarding, with 2 top 10’s and the fastest lap in a Golf, although an unfortunate mechanical retirement quashed any hope of a podium in race 3.

Rookie or not, she has high hopes of proving herself as a real contender and being a regular visitor to the podium. You can follow her progress with the latest news updates and the various links.
